How to get here
From Midland, go to Highway no. 50 - Toodyay Perth Road Turn right at Clackline Road Hoddywell Archery Park is 4km along on the right. No. 1027 Hoddywell Archery Park is set in 70 acres of natural bushland and has 3 shooting trails, 1 shooting range, caravan park and free-to-use gas BBQs.
Hoddywell Archery Park is a recreational tourist destination that caters for everyone (individuals, families, clubs and social groups) who want to 'have a go' at archery without the expense of buying archery equipment or joining a club. All of our hire bows are made to be easy-to-use, they also have built on armguards and finger tabs to keep you safe from bruised forearms and sore fingers. Groups of 8 or more are required to book ($50.00 deposit required, credited to shooting fees on the day), we can cater for groups up to maximum of 30 people. Hoddywell Caravan Park caters for groups and clubs only, bookings essentials, $50.00 deposit required. Minimum Group 4 powered bays.
Trail Archery is similar to playing a game of mini golf, participants enter a trial comprising 9, 16 or 18 targets. The targets are all set at different distances and are different sizes. Archers shoot 3 arrows at each target, score and move on to the next until the trail is completed. Children must be supervised by an adult on all trails, at all times.
SHOOTING WITH HIRED EQUIPMENT:
Fees are with a RECURVE BOW and include all shooting equipment and instructions. A COMPOUND BOW on the Intermediate or Advanced Trails or the Shooting Range is an extra $5.00. COMPOUND BOWS are not permitted on the Beginner's Trail. PLEASE NOTE: No Bows hired after 4 PM, all shooting stops at 5 PM! SHOOTING WITH OWN EQUIPMENT:
